With a career spanning over two decades, Rebecca continues to lead her team with the same dedication to excellence that has defined Norwest since the clinic’s doors first opened.

Hi, I’m Dr Rebecca Eggers. I established Norwest Paediatric Dentistry in 2010 – driven by a belief that excellent dentistry is essential to raising healthy, happy children.
As the owner and principal specialist at Norwest, I’m proud of the exceptional care and customer service my team provides.
At the clinic, my primary focus is guiding the direction of the practice and supporting the incredible team I feel privileged to work with every day.
While my clinical work is more limited these days, I enjoy working with teens, especially those with complex dental, medical or additional needs. For our patients who continue to see our Oral Health Therapists for ongoing check-ups and care, I’m there in the background providing consultations and advice so that no matter who you see in the practice, your child is receiving specialist level care.
Helping patients in their moment of need is incredibly rewarding. And as a parent myself, I know how vital it is to provide parents and carers with the support and reassurance they need when it comes to their child’s health.
I graduated as a general dentist in 2002 and spent the following year working in Townsville, gaining valuable experience in rural and remote communities as well as working for the Queensland School Dental Service.
I completed my Paediatric Dentistry training in 2007, and established Norwest shortly after in 2010 with a view to being a ‘dental home’ for children and teens who face challenges in a general dental setting or require specialist care for their dental needs.
When I’m not at work, I’m busy being a mum to my 8-year-old young son, keeping fit, growing my own fruit and vegetables, and working towards living a less busy, more sustainable life.
